Our story began in northern Portugal, in a family-run shirtmaking atelier where craftsmanship has remained within the same family for generations.

Today, the workshop is led by a father and son, alongside the family's matriarch and a team of highly skilled local women, continuing a tradition that has quietly served discerning clients for decades. For much of its history, the atelier specialised exclusively in men's shirting. It was here that founder Daisy first began commissioning shirts for herself, returning season after season until a relationship built on trust encouraged the family to create shirts for women. What began as a personal collaboration would eventually become the foundation of DAISÉ. Traditional in both philosophy and technique, this atelier continues to craft our most timeless shirts. Their mastery lies in classical shirtmaking, where every collar, cuff and proportion reflects decades of refinement.
